Tilitonse Foundation has created an opportunity to partner with registered Non-State Actors (NSAs) which are passionate about being drivers of change in this country. The opportunity is through Thematic Call Window which is an open, competitive funding process aimed at supporting Non State Actors engage in governance interventions on a specific identified theme.
