Strengthening Ties: Stuart Rousen’s Familiarization Tour of Shifting the Power Programme”

Tilitonse Foundation is this week hosting Stuart Rousen, the Senior Projects and Programme Manager for Civil Society and Civic Space at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in the United Kingdom.
He is on a familiarization tour of the Shifting the Power Programme partners in Malawi and Zambia where the programme is being implemented. Mr Rousen started his Malawian experience with a visit to the local Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in Lilongwe. He then followed this up with conversations around the Malawian programme with Tilitonse Foundation Staff.
