The Foundation exists to promote accountable, responsive and inclusive governance by mobilizing resources for capacity development, grant making, research and learning for the non-state actors’ governance interventions in Malawi.

In the execution of its mandate, Tilitonse Foundation shall uphold and espouse the core values of Inclusiveness, Integrity, Equity, Professionalism, Good Stewardship, and Innovation, Learning and Resourcefulness.
