Tilitonse Foundation is hosting the third convening event for the Shift the Power Programme partners this week. The event is being attended by supporting partners Comic Relief and the Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office of the United Kingdom (FCDO). Also attending are anchor partners who are implementing the same programme in Zambia and Ghana, the Zambian Governance Foundation, Star Ghana and West Africa Civil Society Institute (WACSI).

The event starts today with visits to two grant partners who were recipients of the Shift the Power’s Catalyst Fund which was implemented in the second half of 2023, the Grassroots Action Support Organisation (GASO)in Golomoti and the Community Based Natural Resources Management in Lilongwe.

The STP convenings provide an opportunity for all partners to share programme progress and learn from each other. The previous convening was held in October 2023 in Accra, Ghana.
