Second MEAL Capacity Assessment
During a second capacity assessment conducted by Tilitonse Foundation, the Civil Society Agriculture Network (CISANET) and Welthungerhilfe (WHH), in our “Strengthening food and nutrition security programming in Malawi” project, it was noted that the 10 CSOs we are working with have challenges in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL).
Shortfalls were noticed to especially be in developing MEAL plans, indicator tracking, and understanding theory of change, among other things.
Tilitonse Foundation is therefore responding to the capacity gaps that were identified by training the CSOs in basic MEAL this week. The training started on Monday 18th March and will finish on Friday 22nd March 2024. Each CSO is represented by two people, MEAL and Programs personnel. The project is implemented with support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development
