Capacity Building for CSOs: Tilitonse Foundation Leads Project Management Training in Blantyre

The Tilitonse Foundation, in collaboration with Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and CISANET, is conducting a project management training for 10 CSOs in Blantyre from January 15th to 19th 2024.

This training program aims to provide participants with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively write proposals, manage projects, and report to donors. The program will cover topics such as research and needs assessment, developing objectives and outcomes, writing compelling proposals, managing project timelines and budgets, tracking progress and reporting to donors. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their skills through hands-on activities and exercises.

Among the CSOs participating in the training are Youth For Development and Productivity (YODEP), Youth Initiative for Community Support Organization (YICOD), Tiphedzane Community Support Organisation (TICOSO), Rural Development Support Trust (RUDESUT), Foundation for Civic Education and Social Empowerment (FOCESE), Dedza Catholic Commission for Justice and Peace (CCJP), Centre for Youth Empowerment and Civic Education (CYCE), Golomoti Active AIDS Support Organization (GASO), Nyanthepa Community Radio Station, and Foundation for Active Civic Education (FACE).

The training is part of organizational support offered to the organizations under the Food and Nutrition Security Project funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
