EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR MENTORS/CONSULTANTS TO SUPPORT CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT FOR TILITONSE FOUNDATION GRANT PARTNERS

Tilitonse Foundation is a registered company limited by guarantee which was established in 2016 as a grant making facility to support Malawian Non State Actors to engage in governance interventions. Tilitonse Foundation supports Non State Actors to play a role in consolidation and upscaling good governance in Malawi.

In May, 2019, Tilitonse Foundation conducted Capacity Assessment of its grant partners and identified capacity development needs for the partners. Tilitonse Foundation, therefore, requires services of Mentors/Consultants to support its efforts in developing the capacity of Malawian Non State Actors.

The services providers are required in the following areas;

Lot 1   :           Mentors/consultants in Development of Financial Management Policies and Procedures (manual) Download TORs

Lot 2   :           Service providers to supply and install Accounting Packages (Sage ERP) and Training of Users Download TORs

Lot 3   :           Service Providers in Development of Websites Download TORs

Lot 4   :           Service providers with expertise in development of information management system with focus on filing Download TORs
